文章已经定稿，想按照某杂志要求修改格式。看了Instructions to Authors，里面有些小问题怕弄错了，特请教大家。

1。Manuscripts describing original research must be no longer than 5,000 words (including references), abstract of 250 words, and a title with no more than 100 characters (excluding spaces).
题目不能超过100个字符。全文不超过5000字。
由于有些专业词汇单词本身已经很长，目前偶的题目已经很精简，但还是超过100字符的，是否需要使用公认的缩写？
2。Editorial formatting (use of italics, superscripts, Greek letter, etc.) should be consistent. Typographical formatting (column widths, type styles, etc.) should not be used.
编辑格式（采用斜体字，上标，希腊字，等）应一致。不使用印刷格式。
这个是什么意思啊？用在稿件中的哪些地方呢？
3。Text should be flush left; paragraphs should not be indented and should be separated by two hard returns. Do not use hard returns within paragraphs. Do not use the program's indenting or margin-setting features; these will be added during typesetting.
这段是什么意思呢？
4。All elements of a manuscript should be double-spaced, and all pages must be numbered in the upper right corner, starting with the title page.
稿件的任何部分应两倍行距，在右上角注明页码，第一页为TITLE页。是麽？两倍行距如何实现？
5。Keywords
Fie keywords that do not appear in the title itself.
5个关键词应是题目中没有出现过的。
是这么理解麽？题目中的内容就是关键的内容丫，关键词不从这里找，其它的肯定不是很相关的丫？
6。FOOTNOTE PAGE
Contact Information
Name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address for author to whom proofs should be sent, as well as an e-mail address for each author.
List of Abbreiations
Include the expansions and list in the order of their mention in the paper.
Financial Support
List grants and other financial support.
脚注页包括Contact Information、List of Abbreiations、Financial Support三部分麽？它是独立的一页麽（就像title page 一样独立的一页麽）？
7。Prepare tables on indiidual sheets of paper, double-spaced, and numbered consecutiely with Arabic numerals in the order of their appearance in the text.
表格要求两倍行距？

Re: 缩写公认到什么程度？我觉得最好还是再精简一下题目。

Re: 段落之间用两行回车隔开。段落之内不能有回车。不要使用缩排，页面边缘设置之类的选项（去调整格式），

Re: 页码编排从title页开始；两倍行距：选中文字－－段落－－在出现的窗口中，右中部可以看到下拉菜单，可以选择。
5。Keywords

5个关键词应是题目中没有出现过的。
是这么理解麽？题目中的内容就是关键的内容丫，关键词不从这里找，其它的肯定不是很相关的丫？
关键词不要跟题目重复。让人家搜索“Title， kewords”能得到更多结果？

Re: 是的。footnotes单独一页。有的在Acknowledge里面写基金资助。

目前第2个问题还不是很清楚，继续求助：）
第三个问题中：Text should be flush left 是什么？
Do not use the program's indenting or margin-setting features; these will be added during typesetting. 不要使用缩排，页面边缘设置之类的选项（去调整格式），偶看不大懂。flush left: 就是左对齐，相对于（右对齐，两端对齐）
indenting: 相当于缩进。比如悬挂缩进，首字缩进等，就是word上面可以拖动来让选定的段落向右缩进的工具。
margin-setting: 就是页面设置里面的页边距。不要动它就OK了
第二个问题，我认为不特意去设置那些花哨的东西是不会用到的。谢谢兄弟～～～283＝不客气我在word中使用插入－－页码－－页眉右侧，为什么会出现一条横线呢？如图所示：
我想去掉这个横线，可以的麽？怎么操作丫
另：word里面怎么没有左对齐的按钮的？怪了
左对齐是默认的对齐方式，如果想查看，在“格式”－“段落”中可以看到对齐方式。
横线：
“格式”－“样式与格式”
然后在word右边会出来如正文，标题等，找到“页眉”，点击其右边的“修改”
在出来的窗口左下角点击“格式”
在出来的窗口的“边框”选项中选择“无”。

同时我也发现，该杂志也有一些文章的题目超过100个字符的，我该怎么办呢？如果超过了，系统提交的时候肯定会被pass的。
目前我已经砍成100字符了，但题目中有一个缩写单词（4个字符），该医学名词就已经42字符了。同时题目中出现：ersus改成 s. ,s.这种在题目中出现，合适麽？
这个问题有朋友知道怎么解决麽？谢谢特别注意的是“左对齐”等一定要在“段落”选项中改，而不要点word快捷栏中的“三（左对齐）”。我就因此改了两次才被接受进入reiew阶段。谢谢。
